Requirements and Responsibilities
Dealer deals a variety of games such as poker, craps, blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. Handles player transactions and notifies pit manager of any irregularities or disputes. Being a Dealer accepts bets and pays winners. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Dealer typically reports to a supervisor. The Dealer works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
