Requirements and Responsibilities

Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine the validity of complaints and design and implement product or process changes to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree of individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Executive Response Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
