Requirements and Responsibilities

IT Change Management Analyst IV supports and participates in IT change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes. Analyzes business processes and IT change plans to identify risks or conflicts and evaluate and assess organizational readiness. Being an IT Change Management Analyst IV assists in the planning and implementation of IT change projects to modify and improve an organization's IT systems, applications, or processes. Tests and validates IT changes prior to deployment to ensure changes are implemented successfully and meet the organization's standards and requirements. Additionally, IT Change Management Analyst IV develops relationships with stakeholders and a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes and contribute to transition planning. Maintains documentation related to change management processes and coordinates resources, communications, and training to support implementation. Administers post-implementation surveys and monitoring to collect data, perform analysis, and measure the results of changes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Change Management Analyst IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be an IT Change Management Analyst IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
