Oversees IT consulting engagements from strategy through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client solutions. Being an IT Consulting Manager provides strategic guidance on selecting, implementing, and integrating technologies such as software, hardware, networks, and cybersecurity solutions. Stays current on industry best practices and emerging trends and makes recommendations to clients accordingly. Additionally, IT Consulting Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The IT Consulting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
