Requirements and Responsibilities

Marketing Data Analytics Manager manages the data analysis and statistical modeling of marketing data to support strategic decision-making and drive business objectives. Researches and promotes data mining architectures and methodologies to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets. Being a Marketing Data Analytics Manager reviews and utilizes statistical modeling and advanced analytics to evaluate consumer behavior, identify target customer segments, and develop campaign insights. Manages data governance functions to ensure collection, analysis, and reporting activities comply with data integrity standards and privacy regulations. Additionally, Marketing Data Analytics Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Data Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
