Requirements and Responsibilities

Product/Brand Management Supervisor leads the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and enacts sales strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Supervisor works with sales teams to implement appropriate sales strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Product/Brand Management Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
