Requirements and Responsibilities

Recruiting Senior Supervisor supervises the activities to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Being a Recruiting Senior Supervisor reviews and approves job advertisements and maintains relationships with schools, agencies, and participates in career fairs. Evaluates resumes/applications and participates in interview panels. Additionally, Recruiting Senior Supervisor reviews and approves employment offers and participates in the onboarding of new hires. May be responsible for reporting key metrics and evaluating results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Recruiting Senior Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Senior Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
