Requirements and Responsibilities

Retail Store Operations Manager manages retail operations within a national store or outlet. Develops the overall operational strategy of the store business. Creates and implements operational strategies to drive the productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction of all stores. Additionally, Retail Store Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
