Requirements and Responsibilities

Sales Support Representative I provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. Being a Sales Support Representative I generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events. Additionally, Sales Support Representative I prepares presentation materials and exhibits. Trains and supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader. The Sales Support Representative I work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Sales Support Representative I typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
