Systems Capacity Analyst analyzes server data by monitoring information system performance and makes recommendations on the process and utilization. Operates and modifies machine to increase information system capacity. Being a Systems Capacity Analyst recommends hardware acquisitions and evaluates practicability of vendor's proposal. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Systems Capacity Analyst typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Systems Capacity Analyst typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
