Monitors and supports loan processing supervisors and staff by establishing performance goals, monitoring productivity, and maintaining service quality. Collaborates with underwriting, credit, and compliance teams to streamline processes and address regulatory or documentation requirements. Analyzes processing performance metrics and implements improvements to enhance turnaround times, accuracy, and borrower satisfaction. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
