Provides for overall personal computer support. Studies and projects PC resource requirements including personnel, software, equipment, and facilities and makes recommendations to management. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
