Summary Reports directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance and is charged with maintaining consistent levels of sanitation and bacterial control. This position supervises staff who regularly (every 24 hours) clean and sanitize all production areas of the facilities following daily production. Responsibilities: Assist in development of and implementation of quality production programs to ensure raw materials, intermediates, and finished products conform to quality standards.
