VP, Senior Underwriter Our client, a NYC Bank with their corporate offices near Penn Station, is currently seeking a new Senior Underwriter with experience in CRE & C&I loans to join their team. The bank's average deal size is $100K to $10MM includes working capital facilities, borrowing base lines of credit, term loans, commercial mortgages, construction and bridge financing and government guarantee loan products Responsibilities: Manage assigned book of existing commercial loans, preparing annual reviews and line of credit renewals, review existing loan documentation and test performance and financial covenants.
