The Senior Research Analyst role will be responsible for helping support the execution and overall direction for IDC's Path Programs, which include four of IDC's premiere global survey and data analysis programs focused on cloud, AI, SaaS, CX, and professional services, among other technology-related areas. These programs capture technology buyer behavior, sentiment, need, and strategy from thousands of organizations around the world.
