The System Administrator is considered a subject matter expert in Windows Server technology. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multiple client environments. Environments can range from small to enterprise level. The System Administrator will act as the primary resource for server/desktop ticket escalations as well and should be familiar with troubleshooting a wide variety of Windows Server and Desktop Issues.
