Fine Dining Server Salary

Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to Severance Hall restaurant standard.

Check with residents and/or guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Handles all opening and closing duties required to operate the restaurant and ensures that all stocking is done, tables are properly set, and the dining room is clean.

Assist with the warm and efficient greeting and seating of guests when they arrive.

Prepares food serving area for various functions , to include properly setting tables and related furniture for special functions.

Greeting incoming customers, working with the host station in seating guests or directing them to choose their preferred seating, providing a fine dining level of knowledgable service to tables, taking food and beverage orders, delivering products in a timely manner, serving food, serving beer, wine and spirits, bussing tables and collecting payment, restocking supplies, place orders on a POS system, dishwashing, general cleaning, working outside as well as indoors, and most importantly maintaining customer relations with all guests as well as set-up, and breakdown of service and work areas so they are well stocked and organized for efficient and safe service.
