Do you get paid during DCC?

Yes, members of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) do receive compensation for their time and efforts. According to the DCC website, cheerleaders are paid for various activities, including rehearsals, home football games, promotional appearances, and performances. On average, DCC members earn between $15 to $20 per hour, which can amount to approximately $500 per game. However, it is important to note that this compensation often comes in exchange for extensive hours of both physical and mental preparation. Many cheerleaders balance their DCC commitments with full-time jobs, typically working a standard 9 to 5 schedule, which adds to the demands of their role. This dual commitment highlights the dedication and hard work that DCC members put into their responsibilities, as they strive to maintain high performance standards while managing their personal and professional lives.
