How many Amazon employees are in WA?

As of now, Amazon employs approximately 55,000 tech and corporate employees at its urban campus in Seattle, along with an additional 10,000 employees located in Bellevue and the Eastside regions of Washington. This significant workforce reflects Amazon's substantial presence in the state, contributing to the local economy and job market. Notably, since May 2, 2023, these employees have been returning to their downtown offices at least three days a week, marking a shift towards a more hybrid work model. This return to the office signifies Amazon's commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation among its teams, while also adapting to the evolving workplace dynamics in the post-pandemic era.
