There have been multiple lawsuits alleging that Amazon Flex has been underpaying its drivers, who are classified as independent contractors. These legal actions claim that Amazon has not only failed to provide adequate compensation for the work performed but has also neglected to reimburse drivers for necessary expenses incurred while delivering packages. Under state employment laws, companies are required to reimburse employees for costs related to their job, such as fuel and vehicle maintenance. Our objective is to ensure that Amazon compensates its dedicated Flex drivers fairly for their labor and reimburses them for their expenses, as they deserve to be treated with respect and receive the wages they have rightfully earned. Currently, we represent over 20,000 Amazon Flex drivers who are seeking justice and fair treatment in the workplace.
