A PCA (personal care assistant) and a CNA (certified nursing assistant) have similar job duties, such as helping patients with daily tasks, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. However, CNAs typically work in healthcare facilities like hospitals or nursing homes, while PCAs may work in a patient‘s home. Both roles require certification and training.
