NICU CNAs support medical staff in caring for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. They assist with treatment, assessment, and care of newborns, including setting up health monitors and IVs, changing diapers, feeding, and cleaning equipment. They may also perform administrative tasks such as documenting reactions to treatment and organizing patient files.
