Registered behavior technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavior therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. They may work in homes, schools, or clinical settings, and are responsible for collecting data and monitoring progress during therapy sessions.
