What is a job agent

Job agents are individuals who help people find jobs and assist employers in finding workers. They are often employed by staffing or employment agencies. While a college degree is not mandatory for this role, the most competitive candidates usually have a bachelor‘s degree, along with relevant work experience and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
