What is the WV teacher pay raise bill?

Effective July 1, 2025, each teacher will receive a 25% pay increase. This means salaries will rise from a minimum of $49,468 to approximately $61,835, a mid-range increase to about $74,077, and a maximum increase to around $90,382, benefiting teachers across all salary scales.
