HRIS Analyst II develops and administers Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Analyzes and evaluates HR business requirement and ensures that hardware/software solutions meet data management and end user needs. Being an HRIS Analyst II makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. May be responsible for developing systems in-house or working with external vendors. Additionally, HRIS Analyst II requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Manager. The HRIS Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
