Requirements and Responsibilities

Implementation Specialist II assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions. Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes. Being an Implementation Specialist II defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Additionally, Implementation Specialist II provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Implementation Specialist II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be an Implementation Specialist II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
