Project Management Manager manages project management operations and project teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of organizational initiatives. Develops project management methodologies, governance processes, and resource planning strategies to support operational and strategic objectives. Being a Project Management Manager oversees project schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk management activities across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinates with department leaders and stakeholders to establish project priorities, allocate resources, and resolve project-related issues. Additionally, Project Management Manager evaluates project performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes. Leads project staff development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function. Requires a bachelor's degree. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
