Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and well being. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of the employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Wellness Program Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
