The Aviation Engineer V analyzes results of stress tests on various craft and missile parts and conducts research to determine flight characteristics. Designs and supervises the construction of aircraft and associated parts such as airframe, auxiliaries, communication equipment, controls, fuselage, and powerplant. Being an Aviation Engineer V requires a bachelor's degree.
