The Certified Athletic Trainer assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing. Treats and prevents athletic injuries by developing therapies to reduce pain and improve mobility under the direction of a physician. Being a Certified Athletic Trainer typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require a bachelor's degree of Athletic Training or Physical Therapy.
