Develops the concepts, requirements, architecture, prototypes, algorithms, and models for systems. In addition, Digital Signal Processing Engineer VI conducts research and studies to create innovative approaches for solutions and products. May require a PhD. Typically requires a master's degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related discipline. Typically reports to a director.
