Monitors and reviews support requests to ensure timely response to, and resolution of, issues or bugs and coordinates resources and workflow for fixes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Resource Planning Administration Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
