Supervises the planning, design, evaluation, and optimization of network systems. Being a Network Architecture Supervisor communicates and collaborates with other organizational teams to design network solutions that align with organizational systems and objectives. Designs solutions to improve this performance. In addition, Network Architecture Supervisor oversees the development and maintenance of network documentation including diagrams, policies, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Architecture Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as a Network Architecture Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
