The OR Services Director is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting. Oversees the daily operations of the surgery department. Being an OR Services Director may require a master's degree in a related area. May oversee pre- and post-operative care of patients.
