Responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Being a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. In addition, Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
