Prepares the room and equipment prior to appointments to ensure appointments are timely and remain on schedule. Cleans and disinfects instruments, equipment, and surfaces to ensure sanitary operations. Resolves and responds to patient inquiries and elevates complex questions as necessary. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Audiology Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
