Patient Experience Supervisor supervises day-to-day activities required to implement and support a patient experience strategy that supports the organization's mission, values, and goals. Oversees tasks and timelines for projects across clinical, support, and administrative functions. Being a Patient Experience Supervisor conducts surveys focused on collecting patient and family sentiment data and staff feedback used to analyze and measure program status. May administer or coordinate specialized training programs for staff. Additionally, Patient Experience Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Patient Experience Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.
