Scrum Program Manager manages and coaches a team of Scrum Masters that support self-managed teams in the completion of Scrum projects. Ensures projects are sufficiently resourced for the defined scope of work and are delivered on schedule and within budget. Being a Scrum Program Manager oversees multiple projects and coordinates across other Agile teams for complex projects. Monitors project milestones and takes proactive steps to mitigate risk.
