Job Functions: • Run assays including Capillary gel electrophoresis (Fragment Analyzer, BioPhase, LabChip), Waters HPLC and UPLC, UV/Vis spectroscopy (Nanodrop, Ribogreen), DLS/MALS(Stunner, Zetasizer, Nanostar), qPCR, and LC/MS • Analysis of critical process parameters (CPP) and monitoring critical quality attributes in the mRNA process. • Technology scouting, feasibility testing, and benchmarking against current methods. • Collecting of in-process data to support the Data Science & Chemometrics team in multivariate model development. • Support the Process Science engineers in real-time sampling and analysis for at-line/on-line validation. • Data compilation and documentation (LIMS, notebooks etc.) Experience and Skills: • Expertise in running biochemical/mRNA assays and instruments (Gel electrophoresis, DLS/MALS, HPLC and UPLC, UV/Vis spectroscopy, qPCR) and in analyzing the resulting data. • Solid understanding of the theories and principles of analytical chemistry and biochemistry.
