Description SAIC is seeking an individual with a graduate degree in biomedical engineering, biophysics, biochemistry, physiology, or related fields. The individual will work under the guidance of US Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and SAIC scientists on projects investigating the biological effects of laser exposure. This will be a full-time position based at the Air Force Research Laboratory location in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities: Plan and execute in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo research studies to characterize the biological repercussions of laser exposure. Determine and implement best techniques for observation and measurement of optically-induced changes in tissue morphology and functionality.
