RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the Program Director and The Client, the primary responsibilities are to assist the Director and Program team with managing Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and non-CIP projects for a variety of projects such as utilities, streets, drainage, and related infrastructure Reviews of design plans and specifications, project manuals, reports, and other documents associated with the projects and in accordance with City Standards and Ordinances Managing all phases of the City's study/design
