This position will be responsible for supporting all the dental offices in the use of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Managing tickets assigned to the EHR helpdesk group by prioritizing and communicating updates to the end users. Conduct training sessions for employees and provide “at the elbow” support for new providers and dental support staff. Assist the Informatics Department with conducting complete and thorough testing of new EHR upgrades. Has a complete knowledge of the dental x-ray software and works closely with IT to test x-ray software and the integration in the EHR.
