Position Description: The Sr. Division Order Analyst determines royalty and working interest ownership through analysis of title documents and interest owner correspondence. The Analyst’s primary function is to maintain and update system and electronic records to reflect current record title ownership. This person with review and interpret documents and associated title opinions to establish ownership, Set up new Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and revenue decks for processing, Update and maintain accurate ownership records within the Excalibur Land System and Verify existing decks in Excalibur system.
