Responsibilities Analyze, calculate and maintain record title ownership and division of interest utilizing title opinions, leases, deeds, probate proceedings, curative, etc. Establish, update and maintain records to support revenue division of interests. Assess priority suspense accounts and work to resolve issues preventing the distribution of revenues to owners. Assist with acquisition, divestiture, due diligence, internal/external audits, data conversion and other special projects. Professionally respond to royalty owner inquiries through phone, written or electronic communication. Seek opportunities to innovate, continuously improve processes and look for efficiencies. Collaborate with Revenue Analysts and Owner Relations to ensure optimal synergies and workflows. Position Description: The Sr. Division Order Analyst determines royalty and working interest ownership through analysis of title documents and interest owner correspondence. The Analyst’s primary function is to maintain and update system and electronic records to reflect current record title ownership.
