The Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and managing the overall marketing and revenue generation strategies that support each of the Consulting Services brands. This person will play a pivotal role in the execution of the team’s core revenue generating marketing functions in Digital & Marketing Tech, Campaigns, Content and Media, Events and Conferences, and Sales Enablement. This role is the strategic visionary and includes effectively and proactively managing a diverse backlog, strengthening brand identities, designing and executing revenue generation activities, and working cross-functionally across all areas of Consulting Services to support and enable growth. This role will work closely with each brand’s leadership team, will grow and manage a successful marketing team and will collaborate with other Addison marketing leaders and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
