Job Description Job Description As a Clinical Director at our facility, you are the primary organizer, monitor, and overseer of the therapeutic functions and services provided by the clinical case managers within the ATS/Detox program. You may carry a reduced caseload of clients and provide clinical support, supervision, and monitoring for the Therapists, Recovery Counselors and Clinical Case Managers assigned to their program. The Clinical Director is also responsible for clinical program development and training of clinical staff as well as all clinical operations.
