Summary: Under the direction of the Bradley Hospital Clinical Nursing Director of Adolescent Services and Clinical Nurse Managers assists in the implementation of the Nursing and Patient Care Services Program and the online clinical administration of the Program. Assistant Nurse Manager functions as a member of the Program management team. Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervision of the department nursing staff schedules and relief coverage. Performs role and duties of clinical nurse. Provides services to children and adolescents. Responsibilities: Performs all job responsibilities in a professional manner meeting all ethical responsibilities to clients colleagues subordinates employing organization and the profession as described in the ANA Code of Professional Nursing.
