Cooking up pizzas is the name of the game for pizza makers. Expect to prepare a wide variety of pizzas, from thin crust stretching to taming the fire in the oven. You'll need to work quickly to pad the dough, mold it into the proper shape and apply the sauce and necessary ingredients to keep up with customers' orders. Line Cook: Maintains a clean kitchen. Preparing food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces. Cooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes. Assists other BOH team members as needed.
