Primary Function: This essential position performs painting, plaster, and sheetrock taping, cement patching, masonry repair work, and finishing work requiring a high degree of skill and precision. In addition, performs lead worker duties over assigned painters and plasterers on an as-needed basis as determined by the Facilities Management staff. Prepare and apply all plastering materials which include; Fireproofing, Soundproofing, and all types of Cement Stucco, E.I.F.S. Stucco, etc. 2. Using a hawk and trowel, apply plastering materials to walls, ceilings, piers and columns. 3. Plaster partition walls and patch plaster walls with limited areas of damage. 4.
